Best meal Ive had in PCB in many years!!! Dont let the Neg reviews scare you off.I could name a few dozen places I wouldnt go in PCB again, and this is NOT one of them.The place is filled with dollar bills stapled to the walls and ceilings.You can personalize a dollar bill and put it wherever you will be there next time you stop in.Overall, a great didning experience.pub/beach bar type atmosphere.has outside dining for feeling the ocean breezes.right in the middle of PCB.about a quarter mile east of Pier Park.

10th.things starting to slow down a bit from the summer crowds and partiers.Im sure in the brunt of summer, the service can slow down do to the high traffic of beach goers.as it does at most restaurants in PCB.we wanted to start eating early for us.6PM.no wait.no lines.no problem! We started out with the raw oysters and margaritas.My 2nd time trying them.they were great!.My Wife gobbled most of them up.I was getting tired of burgers, so thought I would try something different.opted for the philly cheese steak sandwich and onion I say WOW? It was so big and full of thinly sliced tender steak, cheese, mushrooms, onions & peppers.I couldnt even pick it up.had to end up eating it with a fork, because of its size and pure messiness!!!.lol.Best damn philly Ive ever eaten.and the onion rings were to die for.huge sweet onions with homemade batter.the margaritas were very stong.just had one and thats all I needed(believe me) before walking many miles at Pier Park. We have passed by this dive many times, but wanted to try somewhere new for a change.Glad we did!!.Place has mixed reviews, which I can understand, depending on when you go.We went on Aug.
That might not be a problem if the trays were not on top of each other but the thought of a tray that has sat on a counter top, table, cutting table, etc. I would venture to say that they are merely wiped with a cloth versus detergent/sanitized washing. One thing I did NOT like was the fact that the servers carried the serving trays out on top of each other. The price was OK, but there are so many other restaurants of its type that it's not a place you just have to go to. Maybe that's the way they are at this time of year and we aren't savvy to it. However, the oysters were literally the size of nickles. Both of us had the baked sampler oysters which were decent. When we walked in the hostess and seaters looked at us as if to say "What are you here for?" I thought my pants were unzipped or something. We decided to try the food because we'd never been.
